Do guests need to download an app?
No. They just scan your QR code with their phone camera and land on your upload page in the browser. It works on every phone.
Will photos be compressed?
Photos are resized to a print-ready size so uploads stay fast on mobile data. You get the sharp originals in the gallery — nothing WhatsApp-blurry.
Can I hide photos I don't want?
Yes. In your dashboard you can hide any photo instantly. It disappears from the guest gallery.
Is the gallery private?
Only people with your event link can see it. Search engines can't find it. Only you can hide or delete photos.
What about videos?
Guests can upload short videos too — up to 100 MB per clip on paid plans.
What does the free Essentials plan include?
Essentials is free for your first month. You can collect up to 10 guest photos, send digital invitations, and manage RSVPs — perfect for trying Picha Zetu before you upgrade.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Start free on Essentials, then upgrade to Classic or Planner Pro anytime from your event dashboard.
Who is Planner Pro for?
Planner Pro is our plan for event professionals — planners, photographers and venues who run multiple events. It includes everything in Classic plus multi-event management, 50% off additional events, printed album and guestbook options, and priority support.
How do I pay?
We use a simple M-Pesa Paybill. Choose your plan, we'll show you the Paybill and account number, pay from your phone, and enter your confirmation code.
How long does payment confirmation take?
Usually under 15 minutes during business hours. Once confirmed, your event is upgraded instantly.
Can I send digital invitations and track RSVPs?
Yes. Every event gets beautiful digital invitations you can share via WhatsApp, email, or social. Guests RSVP online and you see responses in real time.
